In today's day and age, it is important for our girls to understand their emotions. Lack of empathy and sympathy for others leads to bullying, lack of a positive self-esteem and many issues that may negatively affect our youth. In this workshop, work closely with your group to encourage and foster a healthy understanding of our emotions and how they relate to ourselves and others.
